ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach | Practical, supportive coaching for brains that work differently
Hi, I’m Vicki, an ICF Associate Certified Coach specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity. I work with neurodivergent adults who want to feel more confident, capable and in control of how they live and work. Many of my clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed, stuck or exhausted by the effort of trying to do things in ways that don’t naturally work for their brain. They may be struggling with focus, motivation, emotional regulation, inconsistent energy, imposter syndrome or the pressure of trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. My coaching is warm, practical and collaborative. I won’t give you another rigid system to follow or tell you how you “should” be doing things. Instead, we’ll get curious about what is really going on, work out what you need and find strategies that genuinely fit you and your life. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early forties, so alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience and a real understanding of both the challenges and strengths that can come with a differently wired brain. I offer individual ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, workplace coaching and coaching for parents, partners and others supporting a neurodivergent person. Sessions are available online or in person in Marlow and Henley-on-Thames. Most importantly, I want coaching to be somewhere you can turn up exactly as you are—without judgement, pressure or any need to have it all worked out.
