You can choose to have a complimentary discovery session or not, it's up to you. In the complimentary 25 minute video "Discovery Session". We complete a pre-coaching analysis of your needs and agree on what you want to achieve. We also go through the professional and ethical aspects of coaching so that you are completely clear about the benefits and parameters of coaching and mentoring. This is also done at the start of the first session if you don't opt for a discovery call. All sessions and techniques used are bespoke to you. You are always in control of what areas we explore. I will keep you on track of agreed goals and actions but the coaching is for you and about you, not the coach. Each session will focus on the goals you want to achieve, but these may change as the coaching metamorphises your perspective.
