Flexible, pragmatic, approachable life & business coach. Sessions face to face in Malvern, on-line or by phone with evening availability. Also a qualified NLP practitioner and Gestalt psychotherapist.
Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Everyone has times in their professional or personal life when the way forward seems particularly unclear and they may be facing confusion and a lack of clarity. I am a professional, approachable AC registered life and business coach working in private practice face to face in Malvern, Worcestershire and nationally/inter-nationally on-line. I support adults by holding a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space so you can gain clarity about your goals and objectives; become more aware of your current circumstances; identify options for change and devise a plan for moving forwards. I come originally from a technical background, first working in IT in financial services and central government and later moving into business analysis, project management and consultancy. Throughout, I received feedback that colleagues found me comfortable to talk to about work or personal issues. Hence I decided to pursue further training – firstly as a coach and later, seeking greater relational depth to support clients with longer established, deeper issues, as a psychotherapist. I offer a free initial 30 minute session for you to briefly explain what has brought you to coaching and your hopes for it and for me to explain how coaching works. This gives both the opportunity to find out a bit more about each other and decide if we feel we could work together. Coaching can be either short-term or long-term (with regular reviews) and either in person or on-line. If meeting in person we can use one of two comfortable, confidential rooms in the gardens of my house. A cloakroom is available. There is free parking on-site and Malvern Link train station 1.2 miles away. As I live on the outskirts of Malvern, meeting outside in nature is also possible. If meeting on-line we can use either Zoom or MS-Teams. Whether meeting in person or on-line, normally we would meet at the same time each week, although this can be varied if necessary. Please visit my website for further details and do get in touch by email or phone if you feel I might be the person best placed to help you. Paul
An initial 'getting to know each other' session. Provides an opportunity for you to tell me about your current situation, what you are looking for in making the enquiry and any thoughts as to what a 'good outcome' might look like. I can also explain what coaching is and how I work. Both of us can then take whatever time we need to reflect on whether we feel we could form a strong working alliance. There is no time or sales pressure.
