Conflict Mediator | Nonviolent Communication | Self-judgement & relationship conflicts
Exhausted by a conflict that never seems to end? Maybe it's with a partner, family member, friend or colleague and you're tired of the silences, the misunderstandings, or the same argument on repeat. Or maybe the conflict is with yourself: the blaming, the judging, the inner voice that lowers your self-esteem and keeps you stuck. I'm a Conflict Mediator trained in Nonviolent Communication by John Kinyon, one of the leading trainers in the field. I offer a calm, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can set the blame aside and understand what's really going on for you. Why I do this work: For 34 years, I said things like "it's their fault, they deserve it." I judged, diagnosed, and blamed, and none of it made me happy. In 2022, I read Marshall Rosenberg's book on Nonviolent Communication, and it changed how I saw conflict. Why it works: Most of us learned to handle conflict as a fight with a winner and a loser. It never brings a real solution, it only keeps the pain going. What changes things is recognising the emotions and needs behind our reactions and learning to express them. That gives the power back to you: you take care of yourself and say what you feel and what you want with confidence, clarity, and trust. It also brings you closer to the people you love. Instead of silences, screaming, or the same argument on repeat, you have conversations that clarify and connect. Is this you? - You keep replaying an argument in your head - You're tired of silences and misunderstandings with someone you love - You're afraid to speak up, or you speak up and it turns into a fight - You're stuck in blaming or judging yourself - You want to change how you handle conflict, without needing therapy What you'll get: a safe space, clarity on the situation, and practical tools for your next difficult conversation. I speak fluently English, Italian, Portuguese, and French, so feel free to reach out in any of these languages.
- I’ll introduce myself and explain why Nonviolent Communication and Conflict Mediation have become the focus of my work. - I’ll ask you what brought you here and, if you feel comfortable, you can already share what you would like to work on. - I’ll explain the method I use, which is based on a three-chair model. We’ll explore how to offer empathy both to yourself and to the other person, while creating some space from judgment. - I’ll do a short demonstration so you can experience how our sessions work. Even if you decide not to continue afterwards, you’ll hopefully leave the call with a little more awareness of the situation you brought with you. - I’ll explain the practical details and logistics of the sessions. - We’ll either discuss the next steps together if it feels like the right fit, or simply thank each other for the time and space we shared if you feel that this isn’t the right fit for you. - I'll answer to any questions you may have
Session to deeply work on your relationship with yourself and others.
You get 10% off when you purchase 6 sessions, where you'll deeply work on your relationship with yourself and others. I recommend purchasing the 6 sessions only after the first discovery call and the first paid session, in order to really understand if this is something that works for you. In 6 sessions, you can really start to see differences and shifts in the way you build awareness of yourself when you're in conflict, with yourself or someone else, and begin reacting differently, and more consciously.
